At Saarela’s Moonlite Bay Boat in Fishing Lodge, our lakeside accommodations are designed to offer the perfect blend of cozy, practical wilderness comfort and breathtaking natural scenery.
Today, we are taking you on a full walkthrough of one of our favorite setups: Beaver Lodge, also known as the “Beaver Shack.”
Steps from the shoreline of Lake of the Woods, the Beaver Shack features a spacious front deck complete with outdoor seating, a patio table, and a dedicated barbecue station.
It is the perfect spot to grill up dinner, enjoy a morning coffee, or simply relax with a friendly resort dog while watching the boats head out. Inside, the cabin maximizes comfort with wood-lined walls, a cozy main living area, a dedicated dining space, a fully stocked kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave, and a private bedroom space.
